COMMERCE, Calif., Sep. 4, 2024 – FDH Aero (“FDH”), a global provider of supply chain solutions for the aerospace and defense industry, announced today the sale of Aerospheres (U.K.) Ltd (“Aerospheres”) to Krayden, Inc., a technical distributor of adhesives, sealants, coatings, and lubrication based in Denver, CO.
“We are grateful to Paul Thompson and the entire Aerospheres team for their efforts during their time as part of the FDH family,” said FDH President and CEO Scott Tucker. “We are pleased to have found a new owner in Krayden that is ideally positioned to support Aerospheres on its journey of continued profitable growth.”
The divestiture of the chemicals business allows FDH to focus on its core hardware, electronics, and consumables product offerings.
FDH will continue to collaborate with Aerospheres on strategic accounts, prioritizing customers’ supply chain needs.
