Matt Lacki

President, FDH Hardware

Matt Lacki serves as President, FDH Hardware.

He reports to Chief Executive Officer, Ian Walsh.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Matt was a partner at Huron Capital, where he spent six years focused on middle-market investing in the consumer products, manufacturing, and business services sectors. Before his tenure at Huron, Matt spent two years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an associate in leveraged finance.

Earlier, Matt served in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain. While in the army, Matt served as an infantry officer in the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.

Matt graduated magna cum laude from Albion College with a BA in Mathematics & Economics. He would then go on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Ganss

Group President, AIAP

Bill Ganss serves as President of Arlington International Aviation Products (AIAP), an FDH Aero Company.

In his role, Bill leads and oversees the full line fastener and aerospace related equipment supplier. AIAP specializes in high strength, structural nuts and bolts as well as highly engineered products for OEM Airframe Manufacturers around the world. Founded in February 2022, AIAP serves over 1,200 customers globally through VMI, LTA and ad-hoc business to both commercial and military end users. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to founding AIAP, Bill was VP of Aerospace Sales with Penatcon Aerospace group, responsible for $160MM in sales. Bill joined Pentacon when the company he was running, Texas International Aviation (TIA), was acquired by Pentacon. Bill spent 9 years as President of TIA, growing the company from 3 employees to over 25 with annual revenues of $25MM before being acquired by Pentacon.

Bill has been in the Aerospace fastener market for 39 years and earned his BS in Marketing & English from C.W. Post, Long Island University. He is married with 3 children, enjoys hockey and soccer, and is an active contributor and donor to the Discalced Carmelite Nuns of Arlington, Texas.

Rick Ferguson, Vice President of Sales - AIAP

Rick Ferguson

Vice President, Sales, AIAP

Rick Ferguson serves as Vice President, Sales for Arlington International Aviation Products (AIAP), an FDH Aero Company.

In his role, Rick leads all global sales operations for AIAP, a full-line aerospace fastener and equipment supplier specializing in high-strength structural nuts, bolts, and highly engineered products. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to both commercial and military OEM airframe manufacturers. He reports to President of AIAP, Bill Ganss.

Rick plays a pivotal role in supporting AIAP’s mission to serve over 1,200 customers worldwide through VMI, LTA, and ad-hoc programs. With a deep understanding of aerospace fastener distribution and customer needs, Rick brings strategic vision and leadership to one of FDH Aero’s fastest-growing platforms.

Erin Waidelich

Vice President, Americas, FDH Hardware

Erin Waidelich serves as Vice President, Americas for FDH Hardware.

In her role, Erin leads all OEM commercial sales activities overseeing pipeline, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships, contract negotiations, and managing the inside sales team at the Center of Excellence, CA. She reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to her appointment as Vice President, Hardware Americas, Erin served as Vice President of Aircraft Fasteners International, an FDH company. Erin has spent 12 years at FDH, holding various roles in supply chain and sales. Before her tenure with FDH, she spent five years at McMaster-Carr in Sales Operations.

Erin is a strategic and results-driven leader, with over 17 years of Global Supply Chain Management experience and a proven track record of maximizing growth and profits. Erin will continue to expand the breadth and depth of offerings to our OEM customers.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of La Verne.

Cody (Shaojie) Ho

Managing Director, APAC, FDH Hardware

Cody (Shaojie) Ho serves as Managing Director, APAC for FDH Hardware.

In his role, Cody leads overall strategic direction while maintaining full P&L accountability for the Asia-Pacific region. His responsibilities include supporting business development and partnership opportunities, ensuring strong governance and local compliance, and strengthening the company’s presence in the support of our regional customers. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Cody spent 11 years in senior leadership roles at Wesco Aircraft, in the Asia-Pacific region. Before his time at Wesco, Cody was a Purchasing Engineer at PCC.

Currently, Cody is finalizing his doctorate degree in Transaction Cost Economics. He has earned two master’s degrees, an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Management Research from Kedge Business School. He has also earned a bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from Shanghai University.

Björn Anders

Managing Director, EMEA, FDH Hardware

Björn Anders serves as Managing Director, EMEA for FDH Hardware.

In his role, Björn leads overall strategic direction while maintaining full P&L accountability. His responsibilities include supporting business development and partnership opportunities, ensuring strong governance and local compliance, and strengthening the company’s presence in the support of our regional customers. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Björn spent 15 years at Incora (formerly Wesco Aircraft), leading regional sales, strategic accounts, product management, and corporate contracts, in Germany and France. During his tenure, he also served as General Manager for Incora’s German subsidiary and managed key restructuring initiatives. Before his time at Incora, Björn spent four years at Lisi Aerospace, where he served as Inside Sales & Contract Manager.

Björn earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) from Hochschule Harz in Wernigerode, Germany.

Daniel Gralapp

Group President, Calco

Daniel Gralapp serves as Group President for Calco Aerospace (Calco), an FDH Aero Company.

With over 22 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Daniel leads the Calco Aerospace organization, overseeing strategic growth and operational excellence. As part of FDH Aero, Calco Aerospace is a certified distributor of fasteners and hardware, serving more than 1,100 aerospace and defense customers globally. The company maintains an extensive inventory of millions of fasteners, nuts, bolts, bearings, and related components.

Daniel’s deep industry expertise spans commercial aviation, defense systems, supply chain management, with a strong background in strategic sales and purchasing, and business operations. His leadership continues to position Calco as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality, mission-critical hardware solutions worldwide.

Fred Short

Chief Growth Officer, FDH Hardware

Fred Short serves as Chief Growth Officer, FDH Hardware.

He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to FDH Aero, Fred held several senior sales leadership roles within Wesco Aircraft, including Vice President of Global Business Development, Vice President Sales Americas and Vice President Sales EMEA. During his time with Wesco, the business grew from a $135M, primarily Hardware Distribution business, to a $1.6B multi-commodity product and logistics service company.

Before his tenure at Wesco, Fred worked for Ford Aerospace, a manufacturer based in his native England, UK. With over 30 years of experience in working within the Aerospace and Defense, logistics and supply chain industry, Fred has built significant relationships with all major Aerospace and Defense companies and the manufacturing base that supports the industry.

Fred was educated at Northumbria University and South Tyneside Technical College and earned an HND in Mechanical Engineering.

Fred is a keen sportsman, and in his youth, he represented England Rugby at International level. He has also played representative rugby at the senior level, playing in the national leagues with West Hartlepool and Newcastle Gosforth. Fred still enjoys keeping fit with trail running, and mountain biking rear-round, thanks to the inviting Californian climate.

Jinho Kim

Chief Financial Officer, FDH Hardware

Jinho Kim serves as Chief Financial Officer, FDH Hardware.

In his role, Jinho leads all financial functions for FDH Hardware, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization. He partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with the division’s operational and growth objectives. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

With over 20 years of experience across retail, software, and manufacturing industries, Jinho has a proven track record of enhancing business integration and improving financial functions. His leadership has been instrumental in driving significant financial transformations, including implementing pricing models, optimizing ERP systems, and advancing financial processes through business intelligence tools. His expertise spans financial analysis, business modeling, acquisitions, and internal controls, positioning FDH Hardware for long-term success.

Before joining FDH Aero, Jinho held senior leadership roles at Novaria Group, where he served as Vice President of Operational Accounting and Finance and Vice President of Business Intelligence/Integration. During his tenure at Novaria, Jinho successfully integrated financial operations across multiple acquisitions, optimized profit margins, and led the deployment of a new ERP system. Jinho has also held leadership roles at Solera, Flex, and Unarco Material Handling, where he was responsible for strategic financial oversight and operational excellence across large, multi-site organizations.

Jinho holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from California State University, East Bay.

Jason Lewis

Chief Operating Officer, FDH Hardware

Jason Lewis serves as Chief Operating Officer for FDH Hardware.

As Chief Operating Officer of FDH Hardware, Jason is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and driving cross-functional efficiency across departments. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals and supports continuous improvement initiatives across FDH Aero businesses. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

With 20+ years of quality and operations executive experience, Jason brings a wealth of operational knowledge to the team. Prior to FDH Aero, Jason spent 18 years at Boeing Global Services as Executive of Supply Chain Quality. There, he focused on streamlining operations to reduce operating costs and mutually improve profitability.

Formerly a committee member of both the FAA Suspected Unapproved Parts Committee and ASA Quality Assurance Committee, Jason currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Aviation Suppliers Association.

Jason graduated from The University of Miami with a BS in Engineering. He also earned an Airframe and Power Plant License from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, MA.

Bob Loycano

Vice President, Supply Chain, FDH Hardware

Bob Loycano serves as Vice President, Supply Chain for FDH Hardware.

In his role, Bob is responsible for establishing the purchasing and planning strategies utilized by each of the FDH Aero businesses. He aggregates the collective’s purchasing synergies, enabling improved partnerships with suppliers. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bob spent seven years as Executive Director of Supply Chain at Wesco. After his time at Wesco, Bob spent 10 years as Vice President of Procurement at KLX Aerospace – three years of which were spent with Boeing Distribution Services, after its acquisition of KLX. During his tenure, Bob oversaw all global procurement, planning, sourcing, and technical support.

Bob’s experience extends well beyond aerospace distribution – starting his career as an engineer at General Electric Aircraft Engines. He then spent 18 years at Pratt & Whitney as a manufacturing & design engineer, and later, as Commodity Manager.

Bob graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Oxford University. He would go on to earn an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Bjoern Ollendike

Senior Director, Supply Chain, FDH Hardware

Bjoern Ollendike serves as Senior Director, Supply Chain for FDH Hardware.

In his role, Bjoern is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s global supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, and sourcing. He plays a key role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing supplier partnerships to support the growth and profitability of FDH Aero.

Bjoern brings over 20 years of aerospace distribution experience to his role, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in driving global procurement, sourcing strategies, and process improvements. His expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain functions has resulted in increased productivity, cost savings, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bjoern held various leadership roles at Boeing Distribution (BDSI/BDI), including Head of Procurement at BDI. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing global procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving systemic improvements to streamline procurement processes. Bjoern also played a key role in establishing processes that enhanced delivery timelines and reduced costs across the supply chain.

Bjoern holds an Executive MBA degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Louisiana Tech University.
