Manny Perez de la Mesa

Executive Chairman

Manny Perez de la Mesa is Executive Chairman of FDH Aero. He leads the Office of the CEO alongside the President of FDH Hardware and the FDH CFO & President of FDH Electronics, working with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team to guide the company’s strategy, investment priorities, and execution.

Manny brings decades of executive leadership and board experience across distribution, manufacturing, and business services. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pool Corporation from 1999 to 2018, leading the company through nearly two decades of significant growth. Earlier, from 1977 to 1999, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Watsco, Del Monte, IBM, and Sea-Land Service.

Since 2019, Manny has focused primarily on investing, advising, and board service in partnership with select financial sponsors. He currently serves on the boards of publicly traded Pool Corporation and Advanced Drainage Systems and privately held Imperial Brady, USLBM, and Varsity Brands.

Manny earned an MBA from St. John’s University.

Bob Earley serves as Chief Financial Officer for FDH Aero, as well as Interim President for FDH Electronics, a key division of FDH Aero.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Bob oversees the company’s global financial strategy, planning, and operations to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. He reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

Bob also serves as Interim President of FDH Electronics, where he oversees the division’s P&L, operations, strategic direction, and its continued focus on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category.

Throughout his career, Bob has held several Chief Financial Officer positions within global manufacturing and transportation industries. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bob served as CFO for four years at Katena Products. Before his tenure with Katena, Bob acted as CFO for Laborie Medical Technologies. Bob also spent seven years as President and CFO for Bridgeport Tank Trucks.

Bob graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance and earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Matt Lacki

Matt Lacki serves as President, FDH Hardware.

He reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Matt was a partner at Huron Capital, where he spent six years focused on middle-market investing in the consumer products, manufacturing, and business services sectors. Before his tenure at Huron, Matt spent two years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an associate in leveraged finance.

Earlier, Matt served in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain. While in the army, Matt served as an infantry officer in the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.

Matt graduated magna cum laude from Albion College with a BA in Mathematics & Economics. He would then go on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kimberly Grant serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for FDH Aero.  

In her role, Kimberly is responsible for leading the overall global human resources strategy for FDH Aero including M&A, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Organization & Leadership Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Operations & Technology, and Employee Relations. She reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

Prior to FDH Aero, Kimberly served as Vice President of Global Human Resources in the private technology sector, holding several leadership roles in the marketing and financial service industries. 

Kimberly is a business-focused, results-oriented executive with over 20 years of experience in diverse industries and geographies. She invests in the designing & implementation of successful HR strategies aimed at enabling organizations to achieve their unique potential. 

Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Interaction and Group Relations, from California State University, Long Beach. She also earned certification in the Human Resources Management program at Loyola Marymount University and Workforce Human Resources Analytics from the University of California, Irvine. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential. 

Yama Tanomand

Yama Tanomand serves as Chief Information Officer for FDH Aero.

In his role, Yama leads FDH Aero’s evolution in the digital landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like cloud computing and automation. Ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives, he fosters a digital-first culture, overseeing critical aspects such as data management, ERP integrations, cybersecurity, and strategic digital implementations. He reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

With 25 years in IT innovation, Yama brings extensive experience working in private equity-owned organizations with frequent mergers & acquisitions, as well as broader industry experience within the product distribution and MRO environments.

Before FDH Aero, Yama was CIO at Electrical Source Holdings, a prominent electrical specialty distributor. There, he successfully consolidated multiple ERPs, established robust enterprise data platforms, fortified cybersecurity protocols and elevated digital and e-commerce assets.

Yama graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Computer Information Systems.

Heather Rosenow serves as Chief Marketing Officer for FDH Aero.

In her role, Heather is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy for FDH Aero, including Brand Experience, Audience & Market Segmentation, Communications Strategies, Channel Optimization, Advertising Planning, Global Air & Trade Shows, Executive Briefing Programs, Digital Marketing, Content Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Media & Public Relations, and Employee Engagement with the FDH Aero Brand. She reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Heather served as Chief Marketing Officer for SaaS organization, TurnStyle, and as Head of Marketing & Brand at Bell Textron. She has also held executive leadership roles transforming marketing, strategy, and sales within the top-tier global experiential marketing agency space.

Heather is a results-oriented strategist, with over 28 years of experience in diverse industries and global markets, including considerable focus in Aerospace & Defense. She brings a reputation for driving pioneering & disruptive brand strategies that motivate employee & partner engagements and maintains a discerning eye on meaningful business outcomes.

Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA-Business Management from Saint Leo University.

Bobby Femia serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for FDH Aero.

In his role, Bobby leads the company’s corporate development strategy, including mergers and acquisitions and other strategic growth initiatives that support FDH Aero’s long-term objectives. He reports to Manny Perez de la Mesa, Executive Chairman for FDH Aero.

Bobby brings more than a decade of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and investment banking, with deep expertise in the aerospace and aviation sectors.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bobby served as Vice President, Head of M&A and Strategic Planning at Atlantic Aviation, where he led corporate development and M&A activity, strategic planning, business development, and investor relations. Previously, he spent nearly a decade in investment banking, including 6 years with Jefferies in its Aerospace & Aviation Investment Banking group, advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and completed the International Finance Program at the London School of Economics.

Yael Bitton serves as Vice President, General Counsel for FDH Aero.

In her role, Yael is responsible for providing strategic legal guidance, overseeing global legal operations, and managing all legal affairs to support the organization’s business objectives. She reports to Executive Chairman, Manny Perez de la Mesa. 

Prior to FDH, Yael served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Incora for three years. Before Incora, Yael served five years at KLX as a contracts lawyer, two years of which with Boeing Distribution Services

Yael is a lawyer licensed in Florida, France and Israel. With strong experience in Aerospace & Defense, Yael actively collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across various functions and regions to support general legal matters, contract negotiations and regulatory oversight.

Yael earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law, from the University of Miami School of Law. She also graduated with a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the University of La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Alice Zhang

Alice Zhang serves as Managing Director, FDH Defense Aftermarket .

In her role, Alice serves as a key partner in leading FDH Aero’s Military and Defense initiatives overseeing strategic customer relationships, business development, and all Military and Defense sales operations in the aftermarket sector. She reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Alice has spent 15 years in various senior leadership positions within the aerospace and defense industries. She joined FDH Aero during the acquisition of Unical Defense, where she served as Vice President, Sales. Prior to that she was Sales Director for Unical Aviation’s military division. She also spent 10 years at API where she served as Sales Director for APAC and FMS.

Alice graduated from ZheJiang University, in Hangzhou Zhejiang Province, a top-10 ranked university in China.
