William Swallow serves as Vice President of Sales for PDQ Airspares

In his role, William is responsible for driving business growth, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring that Airlines and MROs receive the right parts at the right time for their aircraft requirements. William works closely with the leadership team to strategically align sales efforts with the company’s growth objectives. He reports to the Group Managing Director of PDQ Airspares, Paul Rice.

William is a highly driven sales leader with over 13 years of experience in the aviation industry. His career began at British Airways, where he quickly moved into Warranty Management, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with parts, technical knowledge, and supply chain processes. This foundation led to his role in managing the sale of BA’s surplus stocks, valued around $200 million, where he honed his ability to identify opportunities and help customers optimize their inventory.

After five years at British Airways, William joined PDQ Airspares, where he has played a pivotal role in the company’s rapid growth over the past eight years. He has contributed to expanding the business, strengthening customer relationships, and significantly increasing revenue for their global customer base. William’s deep industry knowledge and customer-first approach have made him and PDQ Airspares key players in the aviation aftermarket industry.

Outside of his professional life, William is passionate about aviation and has a unique talent—he can identify an aircraft in the sky, along with its type and engine configuration. He enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and socializing with people from around the world.
