Erin Waidelich serves as Vice President, OEM Sales for FDH Aero.   

In her role, Erin leads all OEM commercial sales activities overseeing pipeline, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships, contract negotiations, and managing the inside sales team at the Center of Excellence, CA. She reports to Vice President, OEM Chad Gallentine.   

Prior to her appointment as Vice President, OEM Sales, Erin served as Vice President of Aircraft Fasteners International, an FDH company. Erin has spent 12 years at FDH, holding various roles in supply chain and sales. Before her tenure with FDH, she spent five years at McMaster-Carr in Sales Operations.  

Erin is a strategic and results-driven leader, with over 17 years of Global Supply Chain Management experience and a proven track record of maximizing growth and profits. Erin will continue to expand the breadth and depth of offerings to our OEM customers.
