Menghan Hu serves as Vice President, HR Operations for FDH Electronics.

In her role, Menghan drives global HR strategies for the FDH Electronics division, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. She collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Menghan leads change management, succession planning, and enhances employee relations and compensation frameworks. She reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.

Prior to joining FDH Aero, Menghan held significant HR leadership positions across prominent global organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Head of HR at Safilo USA, where she led HR operations across North America, influencing key people strategies and supporting organizational effectiveness within the eyewear industry. She also served as HR Director at Tory Burch, managing HR functions during a period of organizational redesign, and as Director of HR for L’Oréal USA’s supply chain and commercial divisions, where she led several warehouse labor management and talent development programs. Menghan was first acquainted to the aerospace industry during her tenure at Air France-KLM, where she served as an HR and Learning partner.

With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Menghan has built a proven track record of driving organizational transformation, fostering employee development, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth. She has demonstrated expertise in people strategy, organizational design, and employee experience, delivering impactful results in diverse industries.

Menghan holds a Master of Arts from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
