Jose Gallegos serves as Vice President, Information Systems for FDH Hardware.

In his role, Jose leads FDH Hardware’s IT infrastructure and engineering operations across all global locations. He is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring seamless integration across departments and regions. Jose partners closely with senior leadership to align IT strategies with FDH Aero’s operational goals, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization. He reports to President of FDH Hardware, Matt Lacki.

Since joining FDH Aero, Jose has been instrumental in enhancing IT operations, from system upgrades to establishing new engineering processes that support business growth. He has led numerous initiatives to improve data management, automate processes, and optimize IT resources, resulting in increased productivity and enhanced operational performance across the company.

Prior to FDH Aero, Jose held key roles at Capri Holdings Limited, Expeditors, and GlobalWide Media, where he gained extensive experience in managing complex IT systems, large-scale projects, and cross-functional teams. His strategic approach to IT management has delivered significant cost savings and streamlined operations, positioning organizations for growth and success.

With a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and process automation, Jose has a proven track record of driving innovation in technology operations. He has expertise in server maintenance, backup systems, asset management, and data security, all while fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Jose values family above all else. He enjoys spending quality time with his kids, often exploring new places and creating lasting memories together, whether it’s a weekend trip or discovering local hidden gems.
