Kimberly Grant serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for FDH, a global distributor of aerospace consumable and hardware products. FDH supplies critical components to thousands worldwide customers in the OEM and Aftermarket aerospace market segments.
In her role, Ms. Grant is responsible for leading the overall global human resources strategy for FDH including M&A, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Organization & Leadership Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Operations & Technology, and Employee Relations.
Prior to joining, Kimberly previously served as Vice President of Global Human Resources in the private technology sector. She has held several leadership roles in the marketing and financial service industries.
Kimberly is a business-focused, results oriented executive with over 17 years of experience in diverse industries and geographies who invests in designing & implementing successful HR strategies that enable organizations to achieve their unique potential.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Interaction and Group relations from California State University, Long Beach and certified in the Human Resources Management program at Loyola Marymount University.
FDH is a global aerospace distribution company providing fasteners and other c-class parts to both the OEM and MRO markets.
